Is There a Recommended Dua for Suhoor?

 


There is no single dua prescribed specifically for Suhoor. 

However, Suhoor is a blessed time, and making dua during it is encouraged. Any sincere supplication is appropriate, whether spoken aloud or held quietly in the heart. 

Some people make intentions for fasting. Others ask for strength, acceptance, or forgiveness. All of this falls within what is encouraged. 

This flexibility keeps Suhoor calm and personal rather than rigid.
